With an illustrious career spanning over 15 years in secondary and higher education, Alicia's journey is marked by innovation and leadership.
In August 2024, Alicia was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Humanitarianism and received the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in Atlanta. She is an active member of the Sip Social Organization. She also became a board member of Majority Greek, further solidifying her commitment to service and leadership.

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Alicia holds a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Alabama State University. She currently resides in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Bryan, and their three children, Katelyn, Bryan Jr., and Jordan.
